By booking coaching sessions or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Martyna Urban Coaching offers one-on-one coaching sessions, conducted via Zoom or other agreed platforms. Detailed information about the coaching process is provided in the coaching agreement.

  1. Booking and Payment

Sessions are confirmed upon payment via bank transfer. Payment must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with prior notice. Full details are provided in the coaching agreement.

  1. Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or there is a risk of serious harm.

  1. Liability and No Guarantee of Results

Coaching results vary between individuals. Martyna Urban Coaching makes no guarantees regarding outcomes and shall not be liable for any decisions, actions, or results arising from participation in coaching sessions.

  1. Testimonials

Client testimonials displayed on the website are provided voluntarily and reflect personal experiences. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.

  1. Changes to Terms

Martyna Urban Coaching may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website. By continuing to use the website or book sessions after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.
