Frequently Asked Questions
What is coaching?
Coaching is a powerful, collaborative process that supports you in living more authentically, gaining clarity, and taking aligned action in your life.
As defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), coaching is a thought-provoking and creative partnership that inspires clients to maximise their personal and professional potential. Coaching is different from therapy, mentoring, or consulting. Rather than diagnosing or fixing problems, coaching focuses on awareness, choice, and forward movement – with you as the expert of your own life.
What is heart-centred approach?
It is a supportive and reflective process that helps you reconnect with your inner truth and take aligned action in your life. This approach emphasises listening inward, cultivating self-awareness, and honouring both your emotional and intuitive wisdom. Heart-centred coaching invites you to slow down, deepen awareness, and make choices that come from what truly matters to you, rather than external expectations or pressure.
How does heart-centred coaching work?
Heart-centred coaching is a relational, two-person process grounded in presence, curiosity, and trust. In our sessions, we explore what’s alive for you – your values, challenges, emotions, inner conflicts, and longings. Through reflection and deep listening, I support you in uncovering your own insights and inner guidance. Sessions offer a space to pause, reconnect with yourself, and move forward in a way that feels honest and aligned.
What results can I expect from heart-centred coaching?
Every coaching journey is unique, but many clients experience a deeper sense of clarity, self-trust, emotional awareness, and inner steadiness. Heart-centred coaching often supports people in reconnecting with themselves, softening inner criticism, recognizing misalignment, and making choices that feel more honest and nourishing. Rather than quick fixes, this work supports sustainable, meaningful change rooted in authenticity.
What is your role as a coach?
My role is to create a safe, compassionate, and confidential space where you can explore your inner world without judgment. I don’t tell you who to be or how to live your life. Instead, I walk alongside you as you listen more deeply to yourself, clarify what matters most, and move towards a life that feels true to you.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is an essential part of this work. Everything shared in coaching sessions is kept private, except in rare circumstances where disclosure is required by law (such as risk of serious harm). This commitment to confidentiality helps create the trust and safety needed for honest and meaningful exploration.
